You are my new hero. Knitting under the table. I so need to learn how to do that without screwing anything up. LOL

I already knit at soccer games. The other parents got used to it at the first practice. LOL I did have one of the girls watching my hands at the end of the last game on Knit in Public day.

My husband smiled about the cartoon.

Your podcasts are a delight, my new favorite thirty minutes.
Your honesty and thoughtfulness are such a breath of fresh air for me, just when I thought that giggling girls were becoming the voice of knitting. I hope you find the time to continue with this podcast, from in your car or under the table or wherever you can set your laptop down.

As for socks, I am continuing to knit them, still looking for the drug to take hold. While not being addicting, they have gradually become intriguing, perhaps only because they are small projects with multiple challenges, at least they are so for me.

Sydney,
Your comment lit up my morning today. I wish there was a way to track back to you to reply, instead of doing so in this "public" forum however, there was not so I hope you see this comment.... I couldn't let your lovely comment pass without saying a heart felt thank you.

Hi there! I am just catching up with your podcast, have finished Eps 2 & 3 now. I was your first commentor, BTW - on the libsyn site.

The sound is much better and I am really enjoying your show! It is sure to be one of my favorites. I'm really looking forward to #4 & #5.

I nearly spit coffee all over the computer when I heard why you were podcasting from your car - I could SO see myself doing that (if I ever podcasted, which is doubtful!).
